What is this service?

This service is offered by Integration Technologies Group for the purpose of providing techical support in the following areas:

  - Computer Hardware
  - Home Internet Router
  - Home Network
  - Internet Security
  - Printers

Who should use this service?

This service is offered to everyone, as long as valid service request records are entered and Integration Technologies Group technical staff is able to contact the point of contact and verify the service request either by email or by telephone.

 
Why do I have to provide credit card information when submitting a new Service Record?

Integration Technologies Group has technically qualified personnel available to process your request for support, provided a valid credit card number has been entered on which agreed upon charges will be billed. Should a decision be made by either party to terminate the service request before any work has taken place, no charges will be placed against the credit card account that was provided and the service record will be deleted from our system.

 
How and when will my personal information be used?

Integration Technologies Group has a strict security policy regarding the use and electronic storage of confidential data provided by our customers.  We have successfully attained the ISO 27001:2005 Information Security ISO certification as can be verified by visiting our Best Practices menu selection in this web-site (www.itgonline.com). Any private and confidential information provided as part of the service record will be protected as per our security policy. Credit card information will be deleted after the service record has been completed or cancelled.

   
  Is it a guarantee that support will be provided on any service request?
 

Integration Technologies Group has technically qualified personnel that will attempt to provide support to resolve a variety of technical issues. However, Integration Technologies reserves the right to decline service at any time and for any reason at no cost to the customer.
